United Way of Delaware County supports the sliding scale fee at Huffer Memorial Children's Center for working families who do not qualify for state and federal funding.

Sliding scale fees offer families with low income the opportunity for services to enable the financial barriers that prevent the use of other child care providers.

Also, Huffer Memorial Children's Center, in association with with the state of Indiana, has contracts that fund child care for eligible families.
